MUAH'S POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you are a no show/no call for your appointment, we will charge the cancellation fee of 100% of what your service fee would have cost. Same day cancellations are treated the same as a no show. No sale prices are offered for same day cancellations or no shows. Cancellations the day before, but within 24 hours prior the appointment time will be charged a cancellation fee of 60% of original service fee. A deposit and/or credit card on file is required to book any services at MUAH. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee full satisfaction of your results. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late to an appointment do so at the risk of being rescheduled.
CHILDREN POLICY:
We ask that you do not bring any children to your service appointment whatsoever. Eyelash extensions and other services take a lot of concentration and we ask that there are no distractions in the salon. If necessary to bring them, please have a care provider accompany children under 12 in the lobby, unfortunately we are unable to watch children for you and will not be held responsible. Any damages to the salon will result into a damage fee.
PAYMENT:
We accept Venmo, CashApp, Credit Cards, Cash, or Zelle as a form of payment. Checks of any kind are not accepted. Cash Gratuities are customary and very much appreciated by your lash artist.
COMPLIMENTARY TOUCH-UPS:
We know that eyelash extensions are a change for many new clients. If you are unhappy with your eyelash extensions for any reason, please contact Wisp Lashes within 48 hours of your appointment time. A a one-time complimentary touch-up will be offered scheduled to address your concerns and freshen up your lashes.
